Jessica Lee is a dancer, teacher, and arts administrator from Fairfield, CT. She is a graduate of Middlebury College who now works in NYC. Her work is founded upon the relationship between body and earth and deeply rooted in place study. Inspired by the magic of The Sable Land and influenced by collaboration with fellow Sable artists, she danced to tell stories about the life of fern forests, the death of bugs and fears, the power of finding one’s voice, and the complexity of a mother’s love.
