Diana Clarke grew up in Worcester, MA and now lives, writes, and organizes in Pittsburgh, PA. Their writing explores the borderlands of fiction and nonfiction, translation and criticism, and interrogates intimacy, embodiment, and landscape through an erotic lens trained on Jewish history and the violence of white supremacy. At Sable they did research on embodiment, landscape, geography, and the porous borders of the self. They also walked the mountains, made maps, and fried a lot of eggs. Also a translator, Diana is spending a month in Warsaw this summer studying Yiddish language before heading back to Pittsburgh.
