Tony Bednar is a sound meditation guide based in South Royalton. He plays gong, singing bowls, tuning forks and other instruments, and recently released an album titled Vermont Stereo Volume 1.
Come to attune your sense of hearing and enjoy a bath of sounds on Sable’s grassy amphitheater or wooden stage. Bring blankets or yoga mats to lie on! Chairs can be provided.
Afterward, enjoy wood-fired pizza by Fat Dragon Farm.
